Have been v occupied recently..
Mostly bz w work..
esp now last quarter.. need to run run..
for taiwan, milan and zurich!

Anyway recently I really like Wendy's lookbook..
prefer to see youtube la..
I get more inspired to dress nicer.
Means more vain la.. Haa

I think wendy's way of filming is more innovative then michelle phan.
i also like her energy level.. so cheerful n appreciative..
n she'll purposely set up room nicely for filming..
every time different combi of bag + shoes displayed etc..
n curious abt her mystery man...
whom makes her video so impressive...

did my 1st Gelish nails...

now in love w it!

anyway was walking n as usual, i go into lee hwa to wash my necklace etc..

then i jus see see n saw this ring!

haaa.. love it..

it looks like a solitaire but actually its few small diamond combine..

n its very shimmer!

price for gelish is $288 for 8 times.. means $36 each time..

its a super long post + tons of pics...

went LA last time..

but beforehand i already changed some at US$ = S$1.3..

weather is like sg..

hot but less humid la..

we took united airline...

the red neck rest is given by pru..

after 20 hrs of inflight, my noty dear can still think of noty ideas to irritate me..

now neck rest becomes hairband..
super shag face ah

its so glaring...

guess we all become vampire after 20+hrs of inflight...

at washington airport..

suppose to go new york to see nigara fall but flight gana cancelled due to Hurrican Irene..
sob... disappointed

lucky got travel-savvy kakis..

so we decided to go chicago instead..

very quickly, kakis book the hotel in chicago...

this is the hotel...

it serves the best breakfast so far..

not the typical hotel buffet breakfast...

its a endless swimming pool..

got some "wind" keep blowing inside water so u can keep swimming..

like treadmill...

US tv advertisement is very interesting n entertaining
got advertisement on how to teach ppl get more tax relief,
got a channel on ppl playing poker etc..

as long darric is ard, he'll look for gd food..

food here is cheaper than in europe...

maybe steak can cost US$18-20+..

quality of steak is good..

oh.. airport ceiling..

1st is go see wat r the shops there then focus to go tat few shops 1st..

best breakfast ever.. in fairfield hotel, chicago

left side is self-made waffle...

then right side is burger, need to microwave it..

then cereal, milk, some eggs etc..

simple but somehow nice to eat..

tip: do take some cereal on way out, cos can eat as snack outside..

all of us like it..

while waiting for tour to start..

we jus enjoy the view

took a cruise in paris too...

different places' cruise feel different...

i strongly propose u shd take the cruise in paris..

this baby chair got leg stand for baby's leg to stand one..

the play call murder for two..

i think so so only.. almost fall asleep..

maybe im not a play person + they talk ang mo jokes tat i duno understand..

sandy think is very good..

but the 2 actors need to act many character, they acted well..

jus tat overall storyline so so to me..

stayed in a 6 stars hotel call Waldolf!

really posh!

everything is prepared mediculously..

like the slipper is super super cushion..

the best i've ever worn for hotel...

we go universal studio immediately...

i've been to LA Universal studio n sg universal studio

i love LA the most, then Orlando then sg..

cos LA got a tram ride to real filming ground..

like desperate hsewife houses..

cos its at hollywood itself!

ONLY orlando universal studio got harry porter...

really very fairytale-like feeling when inside..

Orlando hot air balloon

nowadays when travel, i wish to experience some new things...

not jus shopping... 

like LA, i extend go grand canyon, take helicopter,

seoul go ski, barcelona go ice bar n winery etc, 

perth go forest resort stay n more....

so even though the nigara fall was cancelled, at least we go hot air...

beloved ling...

starting 10 min is excited.. thereafter is nothing le...

scenary so so...

feel is can go down after 10min ride le...

same feeling as taking helicopter...

but zw/sandy manage to take nice pic!

i dont see crocodile during ride leh..

PF Chang... i get to know this brand from sitcom The big bang theory...

sheldon they all like to pack PF chang food back...

so i suggest try..

above is some spicy soup..

but turn out very sour n little spicy..

n salty.. but still can take...

below is singapore street noodles...

its fried bee hoon la...

taste ok, not bad, not superb..

the PF fried rice is very nice!

the price is reasonable too...

we initially wanted to buy camera, so we went into such shops (abit like sim lim shop)

Please DO NOT buy from such shops..

their prices r cheap but they cheat too...

cos their product maybe 2nd hand one, stolen? 

cos they dont allow us to chk the product before paying.

where got like tat one, cos i saw the seal is opened le...

we had a small commotion with the shop 

(below pic is a sample, the real shop is elsewhere)

anyway jus dun buy from this kinda shop..

-They usually do not have price tag printed/listed out...

they jus say their price.. means different person will say different price..

-they r usually not ang mo, they r mexican or something...

-they r not very friendly n got attitude problem..

also some lesson learnt:

-ALWAYS hand carry some clothings + necessities for few days when u travel to US..

cos its very common for luggage to be lost/delayed...

ours delayed for 3 days..

-take note the US airline usually only allow 2 bags for hand carry.. 

means ur handbag + 1 hand carry..

u can take a very big bag n put all ur bag into big bag, then its treated as 1..

-airline is v strict abt the luggage weight..

anything more, need to pay.. quite expensive one...

usually i'll post wat i buy like this..

cos dear bought most of things n he wear them immediate, cos luggage delay..

so unable to take pic la..
